Returns

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase but if you unfortunately are not, you are able to return your online items to us if any of our items are damaged, further than described in the description. In order to make a return, you must inform us of your return at whitehorsevintage.whv@gmail.com, where our UK customers can easily purchase return shipping with Evri. You have 14 days to return your item to us, from the date you recieve your parcel. If you inform us of your intention to return your parcel before these inital 14 days you have another 14 days to return your parcel to us. A refund will be issue up to 15 days after return received.A Return and Refund email should consist of the following:

• Name and Item purchased
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• Contact details
• State of return (unworn)
